The Record is provided on an as-is basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the outcomes of using the service. We are not liable for any decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes resulting from your use of or reliance on coaching conversations within The Record.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of The Record shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
